I don’t know how to rate this product because I have never used it. What I would like to say is that how everyone says this is a great product, blah blah blah. It’s wonderful for the people who have money to spend on products like this. However, it would be great if something came out that I could actually afford. I am 64 years old and I have been on disability for the last 25 years. The price does seem like a good bargain however, when you have to decide monthly, what medication or what food or how you’re going to pay your bills spending $30 on a skin care product is a luxury that is not in the cards for me. Just voicing an opinion sorry if I offended anyone.

I ended up buying another product, but I’m hoping the original product I bought will help keep my bunions in check once the second product helps realign them. I really don’t want surgery and I’m hopeful this product will help ease my pain and my shoes will fit better. It took a while to receive the original product. The website was easy to use.

I made a mistake and ordered 3 pairs of the toe separators and then the one I opened didn't work for my feet. Lucas offered 20 percent for the opened one, but my biggest issue is that despite being mailed from Mississauga Ontario, I am expected to return the unopened product to Romania! They have offered that I can keep them and receive 40 percent. I don't want them! I feel this company has been misleading.

I have recently purchased items from Hyggear (2 separate orders, different products)............on both occasions my order was handled professionally & speedily - great customer service! I am confident that I will be ordering other products in the "not too distant future".

Finally found a product that covers the bump on my big toe just below the nail. Everything else is bearded for bunions further down the big toe.

MISLEADING MARKETING
Be careful when ordering. I thought was ordering the hammer toes corrector
When the parcel arrived it was not the hard plastic dividers but soft dividers which obviously would not work. I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement pair if I paid the postage. Received the reply pair still not the ones they are currently promoting. Another soft pair that dont work.
BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING

It was obvious the product I ordered was not going was to work for me. I contacted the company, and after a short bit of back and forth they followed through on their 100% guarantee and refunded my $. I wish the product had worked for me as it seems like a good company to support. I will recommend this company to others who might find the product life changing.

HYGEAR NEVER SENT ME THE FOOT GEAR I ORDRED. EVERY TIME I WRITE THEM, ALL THEY DO IS SEND ME INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GEAR THAT THEY NEVER SENT. TOTAL FRAUD

I ordered something that would help move my bunion but I did not order correctly. I was disappointed with my order and wrote to Hyggear immediately. Lucas was verry attentive and through several emails was able to ascertain what I actually needed. He promptly sent me a replacement and it is exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with my product and the level of customer appreciation that I received.

I was able to order the products I wanted with little problems navigating the website. Had to make a change with my order without any problems. Thanks.

Items are flimsy soft plastic and not helpful. Attempting to return products but can't get a response. No phone number or address can be found. Refund request 3 times, first on 6/15/26

I am very pleased with the way my order is being handled. I’m not sure if the order is slow or if that’s just me because I can’t remember when I put it in, but I’m pretty sure they will help me and I’m excited about getting them when they come.
