This company is a scam. Brought a game table next day delivery and it has not been delivered. Company replied to say would be coming the following day no show and since then they haven’t replied. I will be doing a charge back through my bank do not buy from this scam company
I ordered a Christmas present end of November with a dispatch date of 2/12, delivered next day. I have since been subject to delay after delay, lie after lie, and still nothing.
Yesterday I was told it would be delivered today, still no tracking or dispatch, and yet again when they don’t want to talk to customers they have a pre recorded message about a BT Engineer being on site to fix their phone lines.
Be warned, they will let you down
Ordered a 7ft pool table but when it arrived there were no legs, cues or instructions. Attempted to make contact with the company at 16:20 on a Friday, there was no answer and an automated voice message stated the business was closed. They should have been open until 5pm so completed their online form but not expecting any contact until Monday.
Before ordering spoke to a very knowledgeable chap on the phone, then placed an order for a 7ft table tennis table top, it turned up next day with free tracked delivery. Product is perfect for us, the service was fantastic. Thank you!
