The nails look real. They are very durable. I’ve used three of the four sets from my first subscription order. I have put them on and removed them 2-3 times each. They are still ready to wear again! Because of this, this makes the nails extremely affordable!! I love the selection, but wish there were more colors in the SHORT SQUARE selection. I love the bright colors.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. The product arrived damaged and was poor quality from the start. What made it even worse was the customer service. I’ve been waiting for weeks with little to no response. They never followed up, never reordered the damaged product, and never called me back despite multiple attempts to reach them.
I expected much better support when receiving a broken product. Instead, I was left without a resolution. I would not recommend this company based on both the product quality and the lack of customer service.

I was intrigued by the Doonails…
I was intrigued by the Doonpails process and product when I saw it on my Facebook feed. I was ecstatic when I saw they made a pedicure set. I have a damaged and malformed large toenail from an accident by kicking into a piece of furniture. Because of this, I am very self-conscious about how my toes look in sandals. This was a perfect solution. They stayed on through the trip that I was concerned about and are still going strong six days later. I can’t wait to see how long they last. I purposely used the adhesive pads instead of glue because of the damage to my toenail so I am very pleased that they’ve lasted the almost 6 days and will continue wearing them and using them from now on.

Great for new customers…seems awful once you try to reorder!
My first order arrived quickly…. after using the super short nails, I was very impressed. My next time using short nails was not so much my nails are still recovering. Also, I ordered more extra short nails that was three weeks ago still waiting for the order to come so ridiculous!!! I have many friends that use other companies which I think I’m gonna switch to because this one is definitely not for me! I reached out to customer service no response. I have no time to call. I’m busy during the week. Not a trustworthy company. I think people that are leaving reviews are people they get their first order which is amazing. I would be interested in seeing six or seven months how long this company lasts!

Never Received Order - Over 2 weeks since placing
First order received within a week. Placed a second order on 6/8/26 and have reached out multiple time to customer service regarding the order taking an unusual amount of time to get here. The Tracking information kept stating that the package had not been received at a location in NJ on 6/14. Today, I receive an email from the company asking me to review my new product received but I still haven't received it. When I checked the tracking again, it stated they were not able to deliver the package (no explanation), sorry for the inconvenience and reach out to the merchant. I emailed customer care again and received an automated response email with an AI solution. All I want is either my product OR my Refund. No real people behind the screen or phones to answer or support. I'm very disappointed as it was over $119 for this order and I needed the product for an upcoming event. I am still trying to get a solution to this problem and will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company if they do not respond.

Great nails!
I love these nails! Pluses are they're easy to put on, easy to remove, they look great, and I can wear them for days.
I bought the extra short. They were still longer than I wanted. Having nothing to lose, I clipped them down to where I wanted them. Perfect! The nails I have on are their second use and they're like new.
Not finding all the colors I wanted in extra short, I bought short assuming I could clip off the excess.

Nails did not stay on more than couple of hours
The glue tabs were difficult to apply, once applied the nails came off within a couple of hours. I was able to pull off the rear with little effort, I even purchased the oil remover but it was not necessary. Returned the nails and oil for a refund. Upon checking my credit card today I find that I have been charged for two more sets of nails that I did not order. Trying to get the ordered before I have to paid for returning something I did not order. I was not going to leave a comment but then received two more sets I did not order unsettled me.
