Todo:

• Update all templates
• Update docs to mention the caveat to unsuspecting users.
• Update docs to inform library authors that they should try hard to stay up to date or else they may lose compatibility with new users that are just getting started.
• Update docs to tell library authors that they need to ensure proper peer dependency ranges are included in their package.json files, and to not use SemVer for the ranges, but to limit the upper end of the range to the last know Solid minor, so that npm installs will warn about incompatibilities.
