[KIP-932]: segregate acquired records

This PR intends to:

• Segregate the acquired records based on the records and the AcquiredRecords array
• Implement basic implicit acknowledgement(Accept/Gap)
• Add tests to ensure we are consuming all the messages in one batch only that we get with a ShareFetch response
