- First modify add your bot token and chat_id into app.py
- Run pip install -r requirements
- heroku create {your_app_name}
- Copy the app url like https://github-telegram-notificator.herokuapp.com/
- Create webhook of your repository on github.com/user/repository/settings/hooks/new and paste app url into payload url field All done
