I’ve spent 900 pounds on this brand on a canon, they claim they cancelled the order BUT I HAVE NOT REVEIVED MY MONEY.

Then I was told the order was shipped by DHL but the tracking never updated
Then when chased they said they would send the parcel again by DPD
3 weeks later my order arrived

Nikon products were far East models but perfect and excellent pricing.
A problem with delivery of one item was well resolved with excellent communication once I found the right channel

Ordered a phone with them early mid June and arrived promptly. While I was changing it for the first time (shut off) it started heating up. I tried charging it again after 1 day with a different cord and the same thing happened. I also tried setting it up manually and it overheated again. I contacted customer service and after providing all the information and pictures they required i was asked to send the phone back for inspection and an exchange (return was paid by me). Email customer service is kind but very slow (averages at 1 email per week). The whatsapp phone number never gets answered as a call or text message. 10 days later and I am still waiting for the inspection,exchange and delivery of the new phone to happen. Trying to stay excited about the new phone purchase (especially as I was also travelling and a new phone would have been VERY helpful) but I am beginning to wish I would have bought it from somewhere else.

I purchased an S25+ from Seentat in May, but they will not honour faulty hardware warranty which they must under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I had to chase them for a delivery date, and once I received the phone, it was a couple of weeks before I started noticing an issue with it receiving GPS signals. GPS Test app verified almost no satellite signals received.
I thought the right thing to do was contact Samsung, who eventually came back to me and we went through all the setup and permissions, only for them to confirm that there is a hardware issue.
On completion of the checks, I went back to Seentat, now about 6 weeks after purchase, to be told communication issues are not covered by their warranty.
But this is a hardware issue and at the very least, as it's less than 6 months old, they must offer to replace it by law.
I am prepared to return the faulty S25+ to Seentat.
I will now try getting my money back via my bank.
You've been warned...

I bought a Samsung S25+ from them a few months back and then there was a black spot on the screen. It can't be returned but they said they can repair and set the expectation it would take 4 weeks for repair. I sent them the phone and it's been exactly 1 month. No news, no repair. In the electronics world, things depreciate very quickly. Imagine 1 month without a cellphone and they just don't care. Really fed up with waiting and next time just don't buy from them.

Disappointed in the returns process and policy. I wanted to upgrade my seentat purchase within 30 and was denied the chance.

I recently purchased a Vivo X300 Ultra from Seentat. At the time of purchase, this model was not officially available in the UK, so I was delighted to find a reliable way to get hold of it through them, and at a very competitive price as well.
While the delivery time was not the fastest, I received my new phone within a very reasonable timeframe, especially considering that it is not a product currently sold on the UK market.
A special thank you goes to Niki, who provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Before the purchase, she patiently answered all of my questions and helped me make an informed decision. After the order was placed, she kept me updated every step of the way until the package arrived.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would happily recommend Seentat to anyone looking to purchase devices that are not readily available in their local market.

Ordered a MacBook Neo on 6th June. Immediately received a confirmation email, then nothing for a few days which I found initially worrying - when I contacted their customer service on the 12th I received an answer (from a company rep, not an AI automatic reply) within 30 minutes explaining their standard fulfillment time is 7-10 business days, and expecting the delivery of the item on June 15th, which indeed happened without issues.
Summary: great prices, might look a bit dodgy from the outside but it turns out they have very good customer service, properly tracked delivery with DPD, the item was factory-sealed, perfectly new. I'll use them again!

The whole process was comfortable and easy, with clear and friendly communication at every step. Niki was wonderful, and was a good guiding hand all the way through.

Don't know what all the negatives reviews are for ? I ordered a camera and it was delivered quickly within the week. Very happy with the service and of course the price! Will be using Seentat again and will be recommending them to my friends.
