We can confirm that the refund has already been processed on our side. Once a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear in your account can depend on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank processing time. In some cases, it may take several business days before the funds are visible.

Finally received my order but was lied…

Finally received my order but was lied to about delivery 2 times before the order turned up

Firstly received a notification from dpd saying they received my order but nothing ever turned up

Then I was told the order was shipped by DHL but the tracking never updated

Then when chased they said they would send the parcel again by DPD

3 weeks later my order arrived

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, the courier has confirmed that your original package was lost in transit by DHL. We are taking full responsibility for this. To resolve this immediately for you, we have fully prepared a replacement and are re-dispatching your order on 3 July using DPD rather than DHL.

Even though we can't control DPD or DHL process, we will keep closer eye on the last-mile delivery in future.

Nikon products were far East models but perfect and excellent pricing.
A problem with delivery of one item was well resolved with excellent communication once I found the right channel

Canon RF 28mm F2.8 STM Lens

Was a little wary buying a Canon RF lens from an unknown company but it was absolutely fine. It was a grey import and expected the process to follow what I've experienced with similar companies out there.

It went very smoothly and the lens was an excellent price - the best I could find!

Veeery sloooow customer service

Ordered a phone with them early mid June and arrived promptly. While I was changing it for the first time (shut off) it started heating up. I tried charging it again after 1 day with a different cord and the same thing happened. I also tried setting it up manually and it overheated again. I contacted customer service and after providing all the information and pictures they required i was asked to send the phone back for inspection and an exchange (return was paid by me). Email customer service is kind but very slow (averages at 1 email per week). The whatsapp phone number never gets answered as a call or text message. 10 days later and I am still waiting for the inspection,exchange and delivery of the new phone to happen. Trying to stay excited about the new phone purchase (especially as I was also travelling and a new phone would have been VERY helpful) but I am beginning to wish I would have bought it from somewhere else.

We take overheating concerns very seriously. After you contacted us and provided the requested information, we arranged for the phone to be returned for technical inspection. Your device is currently in the inspection queue, and we apologise that this process is taking longer than expected.

Our initial technical check has not yet reproduced the heating issue described, but we understand your concern and do not want to close the case without checking thoroughly. Our technician will carry out further testing using different methods to confirm whether there is a fault before advising the next step.

Once the inspection is complete, our customer service team will update you directly. If a fault is confirmed, we will proceed with the appropriate solution in line with our warranty and return policy, including exchange where applicable.

Thank you for your patience, and we are sorry again for the inconvenience caused. We will do our best to resolve this as quickly and fairly as possible.

Seentat actively break Consumer Rights Act law

Don't purchase from Seentat.
I wish I had taken note of the other negative reviews
I purchased an S25+ from Seentat in May, but they will not honour faulty hardware warranty which they must under Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I had to chase them for a delivery date, and once I received the phone, it was a couple of weeks before I started noticing an issue with it receiving GPS signals. GPS Test app verified almost no satellite signals received.
I thought the right thing to do was contact Samsung, who eventually came back to me and we went through all the setup and permissions, only for them to confirm that there is a hardware issue.
On completion of the checks, I went back to Seentat, now about 6 weeks after purchase, to be told communication issues are not covered by their warranty.
But this is a hardware issue and at the very least, as it's less than 6 months old, they must offer to replace it by law.
I am prepared to return the faulty S25+ to Seentat.
I will now try getting my money back via my bank.
You've been warned...

We understand that you have reported a GPS signal issue with your Samsung S25+ and that you contacted Samsung before coming back to us. We appreciate you trying to identify the issue, but we still need to follow our own after-sales inspection process before confirming whether the device qualifies for repair, replacement, or another solution.

Our warranty policy does not cover issues caused by liquid damage, impact or dropping, misuse, intentional damage, or repair/adaptation attempted by the customer or a third party. Therefore, we cannot approve a warranty claim based only on a description of the issue. The device needs to be inspected, and any official Samsung diagnostic report should be provided for review.

If the inspection confirms a qualifying hardware fault and there is no excluded damage or unauthorised repair/adaptation, we will provide the appropriate remedy in line with our policy and applicable consumer rights.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I bought a Samsung S25+ from them a few months back and then there was a black spot on the screen. It can't be returned but they said they can repair and set the expectation it would take 4 weeks for repair. I sent them the phone and it's been exactly 1 month. No news, no repair. In the electronics world, things depreciate very quickly. Imagine 1 month without a cellphone and they just don't care. Really fed up with waiting and next time just don't buy from them.

Good things come to those who wait!

If you want next day delivery Seentat probably isn't for you. Purchased a Samsung S26 ultra which was supplied from Hong Kong so obviously there was a delay. However if you want excellent prices, good communications and brilliant customer service then I recommend, Special shout out to Niki in customer support for her service and attention (and especially patience with me) any questions answered promptly and regular updates on order/tracking provided when requested. More than happy to purchase from again

We have reviewed your order and can see that the product was delivered on 27 May, while your return/upgrade request was submitted on 13 June. Our standard return/refund period is 14 days from delivery, which aligns with UK law. Some sellers may provide a 30-day refund. But it is not universal and standard practice in the UK.

Your request was unfortunately outside the eligible return window. We understand that you wished to upgrade your purchase, and we are sorry we could not approve this request. Our policy is applied consistently to ensure fairness for all customers.

I recently purchased a Vivo X300 Ultra…

I recently purchased a Vivo X300 Ultra from Seentat. At the time of purchase, this model was not officially available in the UK, so I was delighted to find a reliable way to get hold of it through them, and at a very competitive price as well.

While the delivery time was not the fastest, I received my new phone within a very reasonable timeframe, especially considering that it is not a product currently sold on the UK market.

A special thank you goes to Niki, who provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Before the purchase, she patiently answered all of my questions and helped me make an informed decision. After the order was placed, she kept me updated every step of the way until the package arrived.

Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would happily recommend Seentat to anyone looking to purchase devices that are not readily available in their local market.

Not the fastest order fulfillment, but great experience overall

Ordered a MacBook Neo on 6th June. Immediately received a confirmation email, then nothing for a few days which I found initially worrying - when I contacted their customer service on the 12th I received an answer (from a company rep, not an AI automatic reply) within 30 minutes explaining their standard fulfillment time is 7-10 business days, and expecting the delivery of the item on June 15th, which indeed happened without issues.

Summary: great prices, might look a bit dodgy from the outside but it turns out they have very good customer service, properly tracked delivery with DPD, the item was factory-sealed, perfectly new. I'll use them again!

Don't know what all the negatives reviews are for ? I ordered a camera and it was delivered quickly within the week. Very happy with the service and of course the price! Will be using Seentat again and will be recommending them to my friends.
