Seems like reasonable value for money
Seems like reasonable value for money. The online renewal web site needs some work. It doesn't indicate that your phone number is compulsory, so I didn't enter it, then couldn't work out why the payment wasn't going through. It just returned me back to the "click here to pay" page with no message about what had gone wrong. Please get a user interface specialist to review it and make it intuitive!

We had very specific holiday insurance needs,which left us searching a lot of companies and sights .
Some due to the long holiday period, including the travel agent could not accommodate us , others offered exorbitant prices.
One easy phone call to Tom and we were sorted with no problems or complications.
Also an amazing package and price.
The reviews I read beforehand certainly did not exaggerate.
Highly recommend.

I'm a return customer. I have found getting a comprehensive travel insurance policy very easy. I have had to claim on my policy in the past and found the process really good. Communication was always really easy. I would recommend Insure and Go anytime.
