2 Pairs of trainers ordered. Both are appalling quality & both smell dreadfully (like something from a stinky farm yard). I’m awaiting their returns address & hopefully refund! Do not recommend

Worked well for casual shopping trips, though comfort could've been better on longer outings with friends.

I ordered a pair of trainers on the 15th June,had an e-mail on the 19th telling me they had been dispatched but as yet nothing. Dry poor customer relations.would not recommend this company.

Disgraceful. Recieved trainers, sole was extremely flimsy/bad quality (definitely NOT what was advertised) size was too small. Unable to claim refund, was told to send them back to their warehouse in China/Asia (which would cost me over £40). Managed to get back 15% refund (Was advertised as "easy returnes). Absolutely awful! Do not use this company!

Freya trainers provided decent room around feet while still looking stylish, although comfort became average after longer use

These have to be the worst shoes I have ever purchased. The material is cheap, there is absolutely nothing orthopaedic about them. After one wear the soles of one of them came apart. Do not buy.. I've purchased better from Temu and Wish

My experience with Norwood London was a disaster from start to finish. I ordered a pair of trainers in plenty of time to receive ahead of a holiday. However, due to sheer incompetence of shipping, the order was not delivered until 2 June at 7.02 pm, I left my home on 2 June at 4.00 pm for my holiday. I had a notification that the parcel would arrive between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm, before I left I asked the caretaker to collect my parcel once it arrived. I returned from holiday on 16 June neither the caretaker nor my neighbours has seen the delivery. This is absolutely abysmal, I will never use this company again. I trust they will either refund my money or send me a replacement item urgently.

Goods too small but returns policy obscure and unhelpful.

My enquiry got some cheery responses but basically I have to pay for return to Asia or get percentage off different item which likewise might not fit.

A very convoluted process that I do not wish to follow.

Avoid at all costs just look at the reviews, I wish I had , just received my trainers from Norwood London , who have nothing to do with London should have been £120 discounted to £39 .99 not worth a tenner came from china packaging atrocious pooly made shoddy workmanship , do not know how they are getting away with it , scammers come to mind would have returned but unfortunately they deduct money , so decided I would learn from my experience think trading standards and fraud teams should get involved .

The Cassia dress is an easy, go-to piece that helps you look fairly put together without much effort. It has a flattering fit and feels light to wear, and it also packs well for trips with minimal wrinkling. That said, while it’s useful and practical, it feels more average than exceptional, but I’m generally okay with it.

Avoid this company at all cost very poor quality, check returns policy before you buy as you have to return your item to Asia!! Gives the impression of a British London based company but definitely not.

Do not buy from this company - Poor quality small size trainers and virtually impossible to return as it will cost more than the trainers themselves they only offer 15% of original price as a refund shocking!!

Do not buy! Came from China, very poor plastic trainers shabby finish, no support. Website misleading not a family business. Huge con.

I would like to give no stars & oh boy I wish I had thought to look here before wasting money on what should have been a beautiful chiffon dress & turned out to be a bit of polyester tat, different design, different colour & nothing like I ordered. I got offered the usual crap.of 15% back or return at my own cost to China for a full refund. It was going to cost more to return. I complained directly & then via PayPal..another waste of time..
I note they keep popping up under new names...easy to spot now..& please note they can delete your Facebook posts & you don't realise as it stays live for you...disgusting people...Shein all the way for me now!!

The website is incredibly misleading and makes you believe that you are buying from a small business in London - you are not! The trainers arrived wrapped in very tight plastic so were slightly deformed when i opened them. They were too small and very poor quality. I honestly think that they would have disintergrated in the rain. When I emailed to say that I wanted to return the trainers, it took 8 emails to eventually receive an address which is in China. I was offered a discount of 25% to keep trainers that don't fit me! I am willing to pay for the return as a matter of principle. Avoid this company like the plague.

Don’t believe this website. They make out like they’re a family run business in London. They are not. They’re merchandise is coming from the Philippines. They also say their shoes are orthopedic. They are not. There’s no support in them whatsoever. Poor materials and a much cheaper version of the shoes you see in the website photos. Instead of getting a full refund for a shoe that doesn’t fit me, they’re negotiating! I’ve got them up to 25% refund and I keep the shoes! I don’t bloody want the shoes. I want my money back! This website is not legit and should be taken down!

Millie WideStep Trainers handled supermarket trips quite well but slight rubbing appeared after extended walking.
