My order was delayed or lost and when I contacted customer service they immediately sent another order. It arrived in a timely manner and is exactly what I wanted. The lost package eventually arrived and when I notified Dearapothecary customer service they advised me to keep the extra order as their gift for the incovenience. Very unexpected and appreciated.

I have been using Collagen Peptide for several months and like the product very much. Equally important is the customer service, which is excellent. I recently didn’t receive a bottle of the Collagen Peptide while away on vacation. Even though it was probably misrouting by the USPS, Apothecary went ahead and replaced the kissing bottle at no charge.

This Company has the best customer service of most any company I've ever dealt with. They are very prompt with their responses and very willing to work with the customer. I truly wish I could've made their product (Berberine) work for me, but I am very sensitive to medication's and supplements so I had to give it up. They were very willing to stand by their money back guarantee, without any questions and very promptly. I have tried dozens of supplements and most of them do nothing, but the Berberine from dear apothecary has actually curbed my hunger. I've only been on it for a little over a week so I haven't lost any weight yet, but it has curved my sugar cravings, and I couldn't be happier. I will update my review in a few weeks to see what happens.

Had a small mishap with my shipping address, support was very fast and efficient in their response and got it taken care of no problem.

Recently purchased multivitamin from this company. When I showed them to my dr she advise me not to take them as some of the ingredients would interfere with my meds. I tried to return unopened vitamins but was told I would be charged a restocking fee of 10% plus shipping fee . Company refused to send me shipping label and told me they as a company had absorbed credit card fee charge of 3% . In other words you will not get a refund unless I pay for shipping and pay 10% restocking fee. No thanks I would sooner absorb the lost of $33.00 then deal with this company who are all about the money they can make…. Totally dissatisfied with this company response.

Now, when I wash and condition my hair, I barely lose any hair. I LITERALLY have gone from losing 50+ hairs down to 2 or 3 hairs!!! I was researching a product named berberine and found Dear Apothecary as rated highest for their clean product sources and dosing amount.
I received the 3 month supply quickly and began getting welcome and weekly emails explaining how the product is working inside of my body. Today on week 3, I reached out to customer support with concerns of some side effects I am experiencing. They replied very soon thereafter with guidance on what to do, to suspend taking the supplement until the issue has cleared up. And when starting again to cut the dose in half.

I tried the Melatonin+ for one month, and used the entire bottle. After a few nights, I noticed that I did fall asleep faster and woke up feeling more rested than I had before trying this supplement. However, it did not prevent me from waking during the night as I always do, often lying awake for 3 hrs. This was disappointing as it is the primary reason for dragging through the day.

I am on my third bottle now, and have taken 3 of the pills everyday (as it says on the bottle). They’re not hard to swallow and have no after taste.
