Randy Budd
[edit]Hello, we have a guideline that covers whether we should have articles for people and the minimum information that the person's article should have to be included. However, when I looked at Mr. Budd's article it appears that he is only notable for being involved with the Interstate 80 rock throwing event, so per the recommendation mentioned in this section, I have redirected the page.
