Crossover?
[edit]The editors need a clarification of "crossover" as used in the first paragraph and so do I. Crossover has always been applied to country songs that make it to the popular Top 40. Yes, there was a separate Billboard disco chart in the late 70s but at the height of the disco era (1976-1979) most of the top disco songs also made it to the popular Top 10 so crossover wasn't used in this respect.
