I am so impressed by their customer service and I will definitely buy from them again!
Long story short: My husband had a favorite T-shirt that we could not remember where we bought from. I found the same brand on De3bedste. The problem was there was no size on the T-shirt we had, so I was in doubt about what size to buy...
I measured the T-shirt from shoulder to shoulder and I called their customer service hoping they can help. Although the warehouse was located somewhere else, the guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and tried to find the optimal solution. It ended up with him measuring his own T-shirt so we could compare to the sizes I had. Based on his suggestion, I ordered the right size. I was impressed by how professional and patient he was and that although it was a funny situation, he took my problem seriously.

We always order from Galanga, but one Saturday, because they were closed, we ordered from somewhere else. Big mistake... It did not have the great flavours we got used to.
So, thank you Galanga for setting the bar so high that all other thai places are disappointing now!!

I purchased some products from "Bee Bold" collection as a gift.
Everything regarding the shopping experience went as it should, but it is insane that all products costed 145 kr, regardless of the quantity.

They are great products, and the 175 ml it's definitely worth 145 kr, but to pay the same amount for only 30 ml?! It makes me feel I overpaid..

Both my boyfriend and I are Bibob customers.
When we noticed they offer a cheaper subscription than what we had, we called and in less than 2 minutes both our subscriptions were changed!! Also, I called back an hour later to change my address, and the same process.
People are very nice and helpful and you feel treated with respect. That's what customer service is all about. And Bibob does it right!

About 6 months ago, we bought a bed from Dælls Bolighus with "boxmadras". We were very happy about it until 2 days ago when we noticed a spring that was about to come out.

Although we did not have previous bad experiences with Dælls Bolighus, we estimated it would take a long time to solve the issue...

Now, after 7 hours since we called customer service to inform them about our issue, we have already received our new boxmadras, and they also picked up the old one!
It is amazing and we are very impressed!

I got the product very fast and I am very pleased with it.
The package was a little damaged, which could have not happened during the delivery, given all the protection inside, so it made me think it was sent this way.
Nevertheless, I am happy with the service.
