They delivered an empty package! Then when I asked for a refund they implied that I had lied about this and refused. Their explanation was that the weight of the parcel matched with it having the product in. Bare in mind these are next to weightless strips without even a box or anything to make them weigh anything. Terrible customer service even if the empty envelope wasn’t their fault.

Always loved P&F but recently had a delivery issue and oh my they exceeded customer service expectations. Genuinely never experienced such quick and generous support from a company before.
