To understand the seating reservation

I have used megabus for many years now, and have always praised you as a company as excellent value for money and since you offered the seat reservation, I always taken of that too however, I'm really disappointed as I'm paying to reserve a seat and when boarding the coach the drivers are NEVER that clear to the passengers boarding they usually just say to boarding the coach towards the back. Once everyone is on, the driver should announce not to use the reserved seats.
Ideally the seats should be clearly numbered too (as often the number is missing).
The driver should say to anyone without a seat reservation to "please do not sit in seated 1 to 14" for example.
On one occasion, a couple of passengers were having a heated discussion about who's seat it was (and wasn't a very enjoyable experience!)
Despite the £2 fee, I feel its unfair for anyone who has paid this.
Also almost all of the time now, The WiFi or charging socket doesn't work. It's disappointing. I have recently looked at flix bus and am considering trialling them and they have some great prices which should be a worry. Please get this simple request put into action!

We are sorry to hear that the charging and Wi-Fi facilities are unfortunately not guaranteed due to certain operational constraints, but we apologise for the lack of facilities available when you've travelled with us.

Poor customer service

I asked a man if you sold pvc to box in my radiator pipes and he proceeded to escort me to show me however, on our way a colleague told me he was leaving for the day,
The guy then said "sorry I need to speak to him he's the big boss" and left me to find the product myself!!. (Not good customer service!). I had to ask a lady who passed me on the shop floor with my enquiry. (He never bothered to come back to offer help)
I then purchased some Christmas decorations, joined the queue and the lady was serving alone and seemed very friendly, when I was next to be served, she asked me to go to the next till ready to be served (I assume to keep the queue down) But then when she served me, she took payment, just put my receipt on the counter, then returned to the initial till point to help the next customer.. I asked her, do I get any tissue to wrap my GLASS ornaments in?. She passed me some tissue paper to wrap them myself, no tape,no offer of a bag either!.
All in all, my visit was a very poor experience and I sadly,I won't be back. I work in retail myself and totally appreciate how imperative great customer service is. If I gave this kind of poor service, I would be given a talking to!.
I'm very disappointed about today's visit and had planned to speak to customer services, This qr code has saved me a job but I certainly would welcome a response.
