To understand the seating reservation
I have used megabus for many years now, and have always praised you as a company as excellent value for money and since you offered the seat reservation, I always taken of that too however, I'm really disappointed as I'm paying to reserve a seat and when boarding the coach the drivers are NEVER that clear to the passengers boarding they usually just say to boarding the coach towards the back. Once everyone is on, the driver should announce not to use the reserved seats.
Ideally the seats should be clearly numbered too (as often the number is missing).
The driver should say to anyone without a seat reservation to "please do not sit in seated 1 to 14" for example.
On one occasion, a couple of passengers were having a heated discussion about who's seat it was (and wasn't a very enjoyable experience!)
Despite the £2 fee, I feel its unfair for anyone who has paid this.
Also almost all of the time now, The WiFi or charging socket doesn't work. It's disappointing. I have recently looked at flix bus and am considering trialling them and they have some great prices which should be a worry. Please get this simple request put into action!
