My latest purchase at Robert Dyas was for a bag of compost, as I'd nearly run out at home. It was easy to find in store.

Arrived on time, good quality and easy to put together. Excellent thank you

The parasol or washing line holder that you can fill with water is very stable and ideal as an alternative to a ground hole in the new patio or garden. Prompt delivery and good quality wheels allows us to move the now heavy support freely around the garden

I have always been satisfied with the goods I buy. I get good service from the staff and when I shop on line.

The shoe storage is great and fits in many pairs of shoes.I also like the extra shelf on the top for a key storage or a small baskett.Its a great value for money.It was dispatched and delivered very quickly.I would have liked more white stickers to cover the internal shelf crews but everything else was great.

Very disappointed that I ended up paying a delivery charge after an earlier screen said that orders over £30 would be delivery free. (The three items totalled more than £30).
I am very satisfied with the items.

I ordered a garden mirror from RD on the 20/6 and received the item on the 23/6. The mirror had a crack in the middle. I sent requested photo of the crack, they couldn't open. Sent again, same format. The advised they couldnt see through bubble wrap, not correct. I unwrapped and sent again. Then began a chain on inane email none of which enabled a return. I called Customer Service, expalined the issue and was left holding for so long while the employee was "looking into" that the line went dead. No attempt was made to re-contact me. During the course of the extensive email exchange I made them aware them of my holiday dates. I was eventually contacted by a collection company who advised they would be collecting whilst I was away on holiday!!. Ironically the broken badly packed mirror was delivered by DPD , the cracked mirror is to be collected by Fragilistics, who specialise in glass! The mirror is now to be collected latter this week over three weeks since I ordered. I wonder how long my refund will take. I will never do business with Robert Dyas again.

Visited Robert Dyas in leamington spa. Very good experience, served by a very nice lady who was very helpful and very pleasant.

I placed an order with you and the item arrived in good time but was damaged on arrival. Not such a big problem, these things happen. The bit where it seems to have gone wrong, is what happened next. Number one, having to wait many days while your courier, having picked up the item quite quickly from me, the takes the best part of a week to deliver it back to you, then instead of you giving me the replacement that you agreed to, you just refunded the money.I feel like I just wasted my time.

Popped in to the store to buy all those useful things that we all need to keep a home going, very helpful staff, as I needed to take two loads. Happy with all the various cleaning and home maintenance products that I purchased

My new BBQ was supposed to be delivered on Friday by 6pm. As of 15/39 on Monday it has still not arrived - despite a call to the RD Service Desk

Easy to navigate website, prompt pick up from nearby store, excellent product.
