I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this service. I signed up on Wednesday and was barraged with additional offers ( some very expensive) during the process and immediately after . I then checked out the information videos which took quite a while so left the rest to the evening and spent a lot longer going through intro videos and assessments, quite a clunky irritating process . I still hadn’t seen any exercises and decided it wasn’t worth continuing. I sent an email Wednesday evening asking for a refund and cancellation. The automated reply said someone would be in touch in 24 hours . Thursday evening I sent another email still no response. Friday I’ve sent another email and still waiting for help and a refund! Definitely would not recommend

I'm so pleased I found this program. I have an energy limiting chronic condition and Eddie's approach of building trust in the body with movement and drawing back 10-30% on what you think you can do really spoke to me. I'm two months into the program and can already see some improvements in some of the movements and in my strength and balance over all. I still need to work on my tendency to push myself beyond my limits and pay the price but I feel very hopeful for further progress. The live classes are great too and the support offered in the Inner Circle. A big thankyou to Eddie and team for putting the program together.

Excellent instruction - great for increasing functional movement as we age
I am in my 50s and have been bothered by the arrival of new aches, pain and stiffness - and not wanting to lose abilities like I witnessed in the generations before me. I often struggle with exercise programs because they move too fast, focusing on getting a lot of movement in, without clear instruction on how to functionally approach the movement so that the alignment is correct, and the muscles and joints being utilized for the movement are the right ones. The result was often injury and discouragement. I had stopped believing I could participate in them. Eddie is a brilliant instructor who breaks down the movements in ways that help me to know the mechanics of the movement and increase my awareness of my own body - and I am now understanding more about what to focus on that is building trust in my body again. I can already feel which areas were neglected and which I have been overusing/overcompensating with. I see a path ahead that feels hopeful. The entire team has been caring, patient, and thoughtful. (Tip - The program has a lot of parts and options you will learn to navigate so have patience with the learning curve and give yourself the time you need. And if you get lost - ask.)

7 months and still seeing improvements
I joined this program hoping to gain back some of the movement and mobility that I had lost over the last few years. I was skeptical, especially with the minimal exercise time required, but that was also the big draw for me. Yes, I could find a few minutes each day to do this. And Yes, I have been consistent since I started… baby steps of improvement, going slow through the program (or my body complains). I can now squat and get something out of a low cabinet and get back up – without thinking twice. I am able to get comfortably down to the floor and get onto my mat; rollbacks are easy now. The program works – but you still have to do the work, be consistent, and listen to your body. There are modifications for every situation, and ways to make it work. I've been following this program for 7 months now and am still seeing improvements!
Well-rounded fitness program
Eddie Ron offers a well-rounded program, starting with an assessment that helps determine which exercises I need to address my body's weak areas. The live classes (ZOOM) offer group work and Q&A. What makes this program different from anything I've tried is its emphasis on helping my nervous system recognize that the movement is safe before pushing too hard. I appreciate Eddie's supportive, encouraging manner, too.

5. TRUST that it is OK to repeat exercises! Your body knows where it is stuck. Some moves may need to be practiced over and over until they are no longer a barrier in your mobility journey.
6. TRUST=BELIEF that you CAN improve your mobility. Small wins are WINS!
7. TRUST in reducing the movement by 10-30% aids in pain prevention and rewires your nervous system.
8. TRUST that it's OK if you cannot do certain movements. Allow yourself the freedom to move onto those movements your body can achieve. Explore and modify.
9. TRUST= REPETITION=ELIMINATION of FEAR
10. TRUST that in 28 days you will be moving better! Not perfect, but much, much better.
My personal journey has been 5 months long so far. Like many, I was taken in by Eddies' videos showing 'oldies' like me moving with ease once again. More importantly, I was inspired by his remarkable personal journey. Eddies commitment and passion to share what he has personally learned through his recovery with the world is real. I joined.
Movement is a life long journey, and I am doing it better! I went from being stuck and fearful due to a plethora of personal body/mind issues that come with age and injury that many of us face. Now I can get up from the floor with ease. I no longer worry about whether I can or cannot do it or if it will hurt. I just do it!
At times, I found certain movements in the video selections were way beyond my ability. Being able to access the coaches, community and Eddie at the end of Live Sessions, helped me modify the movement and it became more accessible. Yes, you definitely can be personally coached by Eddie!
In my journey, a goal was the Trust Squat. Unfortunately, I had areas of tightness in my ankle/shin that absolutely prevented me from moving forward. To address those areas I repeatedly practiced movements coaching suggested to reduce the tightness. I did the movements every other day. They didn't take much time, and within a few weeks the changes were noticeable.
The tight ankle/shin exercises I found helpful, Knee to Wall and Quadruped Weight Shifting 10-12reps. It was no fun in the beginning, but I now look forward to doing them on repeat. I can do a pretty good trust squat now:)
Fixing one stuck area opened up many other exercises that were not possible before! TRUST that you deserve to move better! I Do!
Oh, remarkably, you can do all the movements in the space of a yoga mat with common household items for modification and comfort. No equipment to purchase!

Eddie’s program is fun to do!
I’ve tried a lot of different exercises and never really stuck with them but I find Eddies program so easy to follow and he explains each exercise so well, that I’m really looking forward to doing it every day. Ive only been doing it 2 weeks but I have confidence that I’ll keep going and good results will come. Already my muscles feel as if they’re waking up and some of the exercises are getting easier.

I quit the gym and haven't looked back since! The programmes are enjoyable to follow, well structured and there is always a modification if you have a limitation. Not just another set of exercises....
I joined Eddie’s mobility course because over the past few years I have been managing knee osteoarthritis which has affected my lifestyle. I used to be very active, but recently have noticed that I was unconsciously compensating for the knee pain, and beginning to develop stiffness and restrictions in my hips and back.
I was drawn to Eddie’s Moves by his explanation of working with small exercises, and always keeping well within personal limits in order to rebuild trust between the brain and the body. The course is extremely well organised, and at the beginning you take a test which shows exactly where you are at this moment. I chose to take the upgrade for a personalised training, and the course has modifications designed to suit my particular stage of mobility. There are many reasons why this course is so good, and one of them is the accountability. I have not missed a single day of exercises since I began 6 weeks ago, partly due to the structure of the course, but also due to the advice and encouragement from my personal trainer.
Eddie does a live zoom meeting every week, where he goes through his philosophy, gives explanations of the particular exercises he is demonstrating today, and is then open to Q & A, so you can speak to him directly, and show your moves live on video so he can give individual advice.
This is not a generic, one-size-fits all course, but an impressive, well-planned process to take you to significantly improved mobility and balance, with the emphasis on keeping safe, and rebuilding trust so as to unlock restrictions in your whole body.
New to Eddiron courses- impressed with consistency of courses
I am new to following the Eddieron course, but I appreciate the consistent availabilities for his Weekly courses. I have not started the full program yet, but I was convinced to start after seeing marketing and video ads on Facebook and Instagram. All courses started on time, and were consistent in approach to working with my body. Eddie and his partner were thoughtful, efficient, and helpful. I would be more motivated to follow the courses if I got more 'nudge' notifications that the classes were coming up. I'm looking forward to one day being able to go into a full squat to the ground and strengthing my legs to be able to get off the floor with out pulling myself up or having some kind of assistance. Struggling with peripheral neuropathy in feet and hands.

This is an amazing service for mobility issues of every kind. The value for the dollar is simply astonishing. There are daily graduated exercise sessions tailored to your needs - from very poor mobility to wanting to maintain and improve pretty good mobility. Send in a video of your mobility assessment and they will review and comment on your situation. Twice weekly live sessions are available that work on fundamentals and include a live Q & A session- again, Eddie will look at what you are doing live and give you feedback. There are community chat/opportunities to ask questions & ask for coaching. I cannot say enough good things about the depth, thoroughness, and comprehensiveness of this programme as well as the availability of direct feedback and guidance. Absolutely top rate and very affordable. Premium value!
I love the daily brief repetitions
I love the daily brief repetitions. Establishing the breath work first is so foundational a signal for my body to regain lost trust. Very well guided movements with modifications either direction. Having the gentle pace for varied yet strategic daily sessions is quite the contrast for me as a now retired farmer Type A entrepreneur with recent autoimmune diagnosis.

I was very skeptical when I saw the ad on social media but thought the low price was worth the risk. I’m so glad I did! I did a few searches for reviews before I signed up and they were good. But still, those can be bought.
I took a chance and joined the online community. I put in my intro and was immediately welcomed. A fellow member responded saying what a valuable program it was and it turns out that she lives just down the street from me!
I’ve been in for one week following the online videos. They are informative. However the real value just arrived from the live session with Eddie. He takes the time to answer our questions and demonstrates trust based movement authentically and professionally. I’m really looking forward to this journey and gladly recommend Eddie! Cheers!!

Finally something I can do which helps my joints and general mobility
This program is helping me a lot with my mobility issues. I can't do everything in it but I am more body aware and like how I can get better safely. Consistency and attention to form while moving slowly seem to be the key for me. I also appreciate having the live sessions and the question sessions afterwards.
