Betrug! Haben über Paypal den Betrag von 10 € abgebucht, und zwar für eine "Xbox Gift Card €10 EU - Xbox Series X | S - Xbox One Produkt-ID: XB0006". Weder ich noch sonst jemand in meinem Bekanntenkreis hat eine Xbox und somit Verwendung für eine derartige Gift Card. Ein entsprechender Kauf / Bestellung wurde von mir nicht getätigt.

We did not scam you, so we are confused as to why you would review us negatively
Since the transaction was authorized, by your payment provider/method, to our site, just as it would to any other website, it looks as though it was yourself that placed the order
Your payment provider/method, authorized the transaction to our site, had that not occurred, no order would have been accepted onto/been able to be placed on our site
Since we only accept orders on our site, that have been approved/authorized by your payment provider/method, it will look to our site as though it is yourself that placed the order
Should that not have been the case, you need to contact the payment provider/method, to request that they investigate any transactions/orders that they authorized to our site, as it is only the payment provider who can reach a decision as to whether an order was placed, with/without the payment method holders permission, if they decide that an order was not placed by you, they will refund you accordingly
The account that was set up on our site, has already been locked/blocked, to prevent any further orders being placed on that account on our site, while you are in contact with the payment method that was used/while they investigate any orders you have reported to them, as, you believe, not placed by yourself/without your permission

Ich hab nichts erhalten, da jemand fremdes über mich ohne mein Wissen und ohne dass ich jemand meine Daten weiter gegeben hab,dass gekauft hat. Obwohl ich sofort eine Meldung gemacht habe, wurde es von meinem Konto abgebucht.Das ist die größte Frechheit. Darum wäre es besser gewesen das Geld zurück zu überweisen,was ich auch verlangt hab. Leider bekam ich es nicht. Obwohl ich mich gleich bei Paypal gemeldet hab. Sie haben dem Käufer zugestimmt. Darum diese schlechte Bewertung.

Am 10.9.2025 wurde bei Shop to zweimal was bestellt, auf meinem Name mit der Klarna Card von500 Euro. Erstens habe ich von Shop to nie was bestellt und erhalten und ich habe auch keine Klarna Card. Jetzt soll ich einmal 102,30 und einmal 152,30 bezahlen was ich nie bestellt hatte. Da bin ich ja nicht die einzige die es passiert ist.

Und ich habe jetzt offenbar einen Shopto-Account, zu welchem ich keinen Zugang habe (da dieser mit meiner gestohlenen Identität angelegt wurde). Wie ich hier lesen kann bin ich kein Einzelfall. Habe auch schon Anzeige bei der Polizei gemacht
