If I could give them -10 stars, I would. This company is completely a scam. This company reached out to me, took my money to negotiate my loan accounts in November 2025, and made zero progress for 6 months while I chased them for answers, updates and any form of communication. Elijah Johnson was my "negotiator" who did not start sending negotiation emails until two months after my account was opened. He sounds like an immature teenager on the phone who does not know how to negotiate a damn thing. Once I finally got a hold of the manager, Justin Dean, all he could do was say that since I decided to stop paying them for doing nothing after 6 months, the only thing they could do was keep my money and take zero accountability for taking advantage of a business owner in need of financial help. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business with this company. Absolute garbage bullshit company that is a complete scam. They also act like children! All of these other reviews, I'm sure, are fraudulent as well.
