Good Company and reasonable.

Diag-Tools configured everything to have me correctly troubleshoot the BMW vehicles we get in our shop. I expect to continue using this company for additional diagnostic equipment. A++++

I received the cable

I received the cable, past when the person who was helping said I would receive it. I feel this company needs to provide clearer details on how long shipping takes and not say 2 days when it took close to 20 days. I am satisfied otherwise.

Swann needs to have a disclaimer how hub being in a metal building may effect maximum distance.

I bought Swann because I a have a customer that has had great experience with their cameras that are 10 years old.I am not sure if it’s because the hub is in a commercial metal building. The wireless does not reach through after 200 feet of distance.
