I received what I ordered but it came in two shipments. It would have been good to be notified it was coming in two shipments because I did not know and, consequently contacted the company. It was then they told me it was coming in two shipments.

The reason why we shipped out separately was that some items could be dispatched earlier than others. So, we just wanted to make sure our customers receive their product as soon as it could be.
