Very clear and easy to use site. Good Black Friday discount encouraged me to organise my travel insurance earlier than I would normally.

This Company has extremely poor customer service. Although my Paypal account tells me that my order was despatched on the 9th of January it has still not been delivered. I now assume it is coming from China although this was not mentioned in original advertising with a Scarborough address in evidence. Although I have attempted to communicate with this company their silence is deafening. My recommendation would be DO NOT USE. I most certainly will not use them again. I still await delivery of my order.
