Everdrop is a company promoting a better way to consume. I ordered their cutting board set up. But I received a bunch of junk with my order. It is absolutely not possible to take this junk out of the cart. So I made an order and then sent them an email asking them to remove that junk out of my order. I do not want it and it absolutely unnecessary and useless. Their answer was that it an automated way and that they couldn’t take that stuff out of order. But if I want to send it back, I can do it I’ll just have to pay for it. What the hell ? How can you claim to be sustainable company, doing a sustainability report and then pushing over consumption on your customers? For the record, I made a complaint and just received generic answers. The cutting boards were pretty expensive but to me they are very good I put 2 stars for that and worth every cent. I am just very disappointed of the way they do things, how they do not care and push overconsumption. I am not buying anymore from them.

Uses DPD for delivery, who everyone knows never delivers the packages, had to carry a heavy package from PaketShop, even though I was home that day

Products are hit or miss.
For example, in our experience, the dishwasher tabs were not good. They didn’t work and left a film on everything that tasted absolutely awful.
The toilet products and general cleaning solution are okay.

Love their products - sometimes, it's difficult to get refills of a specific one (like, loo cleaner) which is annoying. Delivery always quick and complete.

A terrible company, super late delivery. Non responsive customer service, my order took a month to be delivered. Tried many times to cancel subscription but they still collect money from my bank without any warning. Stay away, there is better product out there

My order automatically renews as subscription. There is no clear way to cancel my subscription via website login. I have sent several emails over several weeks to the company asking to cancel my subscription. These have all been ignored. This company is a scam!

Everything is fine and the quality warrants the higher price. Dishwasher tabs crumble on trying to take the first few out, yet the powder works just as well so please consider the environment and just use it anyways since it is perfectly fine. The price for having paper only packaging.

The products really didn't work as I expected or as described. Quite frustrating.

the products are fine but i was given a subscription even though i did not sign up for one, i just wanted the starters package. i had to cancel 5 separate subscriptions manually with 3 pages each, for subscriptions that i never signed up for in the first place! and it said i need to pay 6 euros, and 24 euros was taken from my bank account.

I ordered a "try out set" for bathroom cleaning. The reusable containers are... okish. I thought they were going to be more sturdy considering that they are meant to be used forever. Regarding the product, the glass sponge worked great at removing stains, the other products felt a bit bland to me, like the wc gel is very liquid. It smells really nice, but I didn't have a true clean feeling. What really threw me off is that when I purchased the first they Everdrop activated automatically a subscription for every product of the kit. I was forced to create an account logging in (I had ordered as guest) and cancel each subscription. Plus the original order had taken more than a week to arrive so overall... good idea, I don't like the execution.

Delivery was well packed and on time. I'm satisfied with the products and packaging as usual.

Great delivery time, package and product efficiency

Very poor customer service. They forgot to send some products yet never replied to my complaint via the contact form.

I have exclusively been using their dishwasher tablets and laundry detergents since I moved into my brand new, fully renovated home with NEW PLUMBING and NEW APPLIANCES in Feb. 2023 only to find a little over a year later that their products have fully blocked all the plumbing in my NEW kitchen and NEW spare bathroom where my washer is located. We had to call plumbers and when they opened up our kitchen pipes, found meters worth of the white dishwasher tablet residue totally blocking everything. In the spare bathroom, which we only use for the washing machine, we also see that water doesn't drain from the other fixtures any longer, but we cannot open up the pipes unless we take a sledgehammer to our tiles to do so - let's hope it doesn't come to that but we are stopping use of the products immediately.

A full refund wouldn't even begin to cover the damage of their products.

I received everything in a recyclabe paper bag.
