Purchased Buddha Belly Bamboo

I am disappointed with my experience ordering a Buddha Belly Bamboo plant from this company.

When my order was confirmed, I was given a delivery date of June 15. Later, the delivery date was changed to June 20. As of today, I still have not received the item.

I submitted a request through the company’s website asking for assistance and a replacement, but I never received a response. The lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.

I understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve timely updates and responses when there is a problem. Because the product was never delivered and my requests for help were ignored, I have been forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I hope the company improves its customer service and communication in the future.

Seller is dishonest and makes empty promises she does not keep. Then she blocks you, does not respond, and cancels your order so that you cannot leave a negative review for her shop.

Unresponsive Seller / Broken Discount Promise
I am very disappointed with my experience with BlazeHive from Australia. My order was significantly delayed in transit. While the seller acknowledged the shipping issues and explicitly promised a 30% discount to compensate for the major delay, she has completely failed to fulfill that promise.
I have sent multiple follow-up messages requesting the promised partial refund, but the seller has now gone completely silent and is ignoring my communication.
While I understand shipping delays happen, breaking a formal customer service promise and refusing to respond to messages is unacceptable. PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN BUYING FROM THIS SHOP!
After I posted this review and reported the Seller (Gloria) to Etsy Support, I was issued a refund. My order was then "cancelled" to prevent me from leaving a negative review on her shop. I reported this to Etsy also. If the shop owner conveniently blocks someone so that they cannot leave an honest review, then what good are Etsy's reviews?
What was done to me was pure manipulation!
The item I ordered from BlazeHive was Large Capacity Leather Key Pouch, Personalized Vintage Key Wallet, Coins Holder Oraganizer, Gift for Men.
When the order reaches the United States, it is delayed for DAYS in the Carson, California Distribution Center. The shipping time is terrible! I placed the order for this item on June 12th and have not received yet, as of June 24th.

I selected one item

I selected one item, but when I got to the payment page it said I had two items in two separate baskets. I cleared my basket and tried again, same result. I tried the chat help, and had to get past the always useless bot. the human I got through to the other end had me do all sorts of things on my end and did nothing on their end. It took a half an hour, and they couldn't fix it so I just gave up. If someone from Etsy ever reads this, please know that all of humanity hates AI Bots and on-line text chatting. It never works well because we already usually have a non standard issue when we contact you. What we all want instead is to speak on the phone with a human. It's a concept that was perfected some time in the 1970's. These cost saving measures look good in the Board room, but they are a nightmare for customers. We feel disrespected and ignored.

Evil company with 0 humans

tl;dr: Great to buy, don't bother trying to sell.

AFAIK they take a big commission from sellers, which I can live with as long as I get to support small businesses as a buyer. But after 15 years of buying in Etsy, it was my turn to open a store. They asked for the most sensitive details (bank, address, scanned docs like passport & ID, bills, SSN and more) AND scanned my face, which I was asked to do twice to confirm my biometric data... After giving them all of my sensitive details I was lead to a blocked page and was informed the automated process failed so I cannot open up a store: "It looks like we couldn't verify your identity using the info you shared, so you can't open a shop on Etsy.". I have NO clue how they decided that, given no human looked at my docs and there is no way to appeal or even talk to anyone. Etsy does NOT answer emails (despite claiming it's a 24-hour response), and there is no way of getting in touch with them. I don't even have an idea how they stored this sensitive data. Business owners - BEWARE. I also looked on Reddit and seems like many users are experiencing the same.

Poor Treatment Of Buyers & Sellers

I only picked 1 because there were no 0 options. This website is awful and it's bad for business. They treat both buyers and sellers like absolute garbage. They shouldn't be in business and I hope they shut down. It will be much deserved after the way they have treated people. I had a new Etsy account and I made my first purchase. After doing so, my account was suspended with no email or reason why. I filed an appeal and have yet to hear from them. Their communication is terrible and they offer no solutions, assistance or support regarding what buyers and sellers did wrong if they were suspended. I sincerely hope they go out of business sooner rather than later. Nobody deserves to be treated this way.

Be careful which buyers you buy from and don’t expect much help from Etsy Customer Service

Although I’ve loved Etsy in previous years past and I never had an issue, I recently had an issue with a company that was enough to turn me off completely from buying through this app. That makes me sad because I really prefer to buy from small businesses, however my last two orders placed were at the same company and they were just a big scam. I’m sure they weren’t a small business. They didn’t speak English. Then they try to get me to change my review to a five star review by offering me a refund. I had to place a second order because of the three glass flowers I placed order for the first time one didn’t even get shipped out one broke so then I placed another order to get the one that they never shipped and to replace the one that was broken then I get those two flowers and they’re both defective as well and I could not get any help hardly from them at all from the actual seller then it took me almost exactly a month to get help from Etsy himself who kept telling me that I had to open a case I did this three or four times it’s really difficult to get past the AI Customer Service and get a real person then I think most of them didn’t even speak English either so I was not getting my message relayed properly or they weren’t understanding correctly or something and that dragged it out even longer I had asked for a manager several times and never once got one I was told I would get a refund within 48 hours and no one ever contacted me and it’s been two weeks since then. It is the worst Customer Service I’ve ever encountered and I got punished for a scam company so I really doubt I’ll ever use Etsy again obviously let anybody sell on their platform which is a big issue for me.

Etsy confirmed extortion, but the review stays live for 3+ months

A buyer threatened me in writing: "Send me a new pair free. I will then not leave a bad review." I declined. She left the review.

Etsy Admin Luisa officially confirmed this violated Etsy's Extortion Policy (Case #1480733496981). Case closed in my favor.

Despite this, the retaliatory review is still publicly visible on my shop. My Trust & Safety ticket (#24640773) has been open for 3+ months with no resolution. Live support told me to "flag the review" repeatedly without reading my case. My community forum post in the Technical Issues section has been unanswered for over a week.

Etsy confirmed the extortion. Etsy warned the buyer. But Etsy won't remove the review that resulted directly from that confirmed violation.

I am not asking for a new investigation. I am asking Etsy to enforce a decision it already made.

Scam on steroids

Placed an order, and they took my money? $700. When attempting to sign in and check on the order, I get the message "your account is suspended. You can no longer buy or sell on etsy." I've never had an account with them, this was my first purchase. Now I have to go through my bank to contest the charge. STAY FAR AWAY!

A SCAM!!!

Place an order and it never arrived. I have written several times and they told me that the problem was with the delivery company, even though the package never arrived at their headquarters.
I asked for a refund and they never agreed to return my money, except when I left a bad review, then they asked me to leave a 5-star review so as not to harm their company or their mom's company.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A SCAM AND YOU WON'T RECEIVE THE PRODUCT, THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKED AND EXPERIMENTALLY PLACED SO THAT THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T COME TO HARM.
I had to report my bank to recover the amount for the product that never arrived.

The company where you buy the product is ETSY, but the one managing the product is RASA KIDS (Morocco/ Casablanca), they have a good rating, definitely FAKE!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER ONE OR THE OTHER!!

SCAM!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY!!

The Vine Art Shop is a Scam - Etsy won’t help

My wife got scammed out of $300 by The Vine Art Shop on Etsy. Larissa requested we mail in our wedding flowers for her to create a bridal bouquet epoxy tray. The product was never delivered and it has been 2 years.

Etsy refuses to refund for the product even though they allowed a scammer to operate on their website.

Since posting my review I no longer have access to view Etsy’s site using my email.

By far the worst of all the sales…

By far the worst of all the sales platforms. Treat sellers like garbage. Sales tools are appaling and the algorythm used for paid promotions doesnt even bring the right traffic. You cant even do something basic like find listings that have ran out of stock if its a multi listing. I actually hate the platform with a passion and only list about a quarter of what i have on other platforms but it brings in enough to merit it... i couldnt bare to use it more though

Will not be ordering of here again, I should have read the reviews in the first place so my own fault. Ordered an item from a seller, the seller did not dispatch item and after 9 days I contacted Etsy support to see what was going on as I wasn’t getting a reply from the seller. The Etsy support team did absolutely nothing to help and I had to dispute with the bank to even get anywhere. Etsy support don’t help in the slightest the customer service is shocking.

I am writing this to warn every seller

I am writing this to warn every seller: Etsy’s automated system is completely broken, and their customer support is nonexistent. I have been trying to verify my bank account to receive my payouts for over a year now.

Today, I went to my local bank branch, obtained official stamped and signed paper documents, downloaded official computer-generated PDF statements from my major national bank (OTP), and took clean screenshots. I submitted everything they could possibly ask for.

Instead of accepting these legitimate documents, Etsy's glitchy automated bot fell into an endless loop and suspended my shop for "reaching the maximum number of verification attempts." Now I am in a ridiculous, dystopian situation: Etsy sends me emails telling me to update my bank details, but I am physically unable to do so because they locked and suspended my dashboard.

Be very careful ordering from Etsy

Be very careful ordering from Etsy. I ordered a $100 pair of shoes and when I needed to return them the shipping to the country that were from was over $100 postage to send back! The seller was very unhelpful and Etsy refund promise was crickets.
