Thief’s in red shirts and hat!!!
Drivers leave parcels in easily accessible places which is really annoying, I ordered a Gucci collared polo shirt from flannels on a next day delivery. The parcel arrived slightly ripped and the shirt not in there, I have contacted flannels and they are claiming the shirt was definitely posted and that contact Dpd, I have also contacted Dpd and they also are claiming that the parcel was not damaged and also had no rips. The only conclusion I can make is that the driver had ripped the parcel and stole it, down £1400. Sad☹️

The driver left the parcel outside of…
The driver left the parcel outside of the front door. I have left the instructions for the parcel to be left in the outbuilding at the back of the house. The item is not supposed to be left in the heat. Very disappointed!

Given a one hour window for delivery…
Given a one hour window for delivery nothing turns up. I contact customer services . They tell me they will contact the driver and give me an update. They contact me a few hours later and tell me the driver is not answering phone, but they will pass on my details to the driver. Whole day wasted with no updates and no package.
