Jetta repairs gone wild
Brought my Jetta in to figure out why it was over heating took forever to get back to me told me it needed a radiator flush and a new water pump so i ok the repairs then it took 2 weeks to get get in touch with someone to tell me what Was going on with my car not once did they give me an estimate or tell me what the job entailed finnaly they told me my care was ready and sent me a email of the bill $3535 with almost 18 hours in labour costs and a whole mass of repairs I never authorized told them I would pay only for what I agreed to they said no and that they would be charging me 25$ a day for storage fees until I payed offer the 2000$ 700 more then the price of the authorized repairs and still they said no so I said fine I'll take you to small claims they said go head were putting the car in the paper fo auction whent and took back my car from there lot cause I had a spare key and they called the cops lieng to the police saying the sold the car days before the set auction date almost got arrested tell they found out the truth that i was sueing them and they had no right to sell or even report my car stolen currently waiting for our court date whent to a couple lawyers and i couldn't even get the lawyers to represent me cause of conflict of interest cause they already had law suits against them lol dont use these people very rude and vindictive and shady act all friendly then charge you for alot more
