A lot of posibilities to choose from and a great price for what you get. Super friendly consultant and a nice office. :-) Only thing that could be better is to have more rings in the show room with actual diamonds so you see upfront how they look like.

I ordered from this company a few months ago and I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

There was lots of options to choose from when designing the jewellery which helped me make the ring exactly how I wanted. When I received the ring I realised that it is high quality, and looks even better in person.

When trying to check out online, there was an issue with payment. The chatbox online was easy to find and directed me to someone who could take my order a different way. They even applied a discount which I wasn’t expecting and I am very grateful for.

Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality jewellery.

Wow what can i say, first off the customer service is outstanding! I had a few questions before and after ordering and i feel they went above and beyond in answering and making me feel at ease. The whole process from choosing the ring, selecting a diamond, to delivery has been so easy and you are kept updated throughout on the progress. When the ring arrived it was presented beautifully in a bigger box including all the paperwork. The ring looks incredible my partner absolutely loved it. You can see it’s been made with great care and craftsmanship. I can not wait to order the wedding rings from this awesome company

The rings are beautiful but the date to collect the rings has been delayed multiple times. Once a confirmed appointment as well has been canceled by them, very short note, because the attendant of the Berlin 77 Diamonds show room became sick and apparently there is no other single person in the capital of Germany who could hand the rings to us but that one and only attendant. Since we were not living in Berlin, we had to cancel all tickets and travel arrangement because of this and we were not very happy.
Just check google reviews and you will read about more cases like this. If you order from them, calculate potential delays.
