Product finishing was disappointing

While the purchase and fulfillment experience was satisfactory, the finishing of the knife itself, while decent, was below the standard that I had expected for a knife in this price range.

Always beautiful items, excellent packaging, and very good shipping. My last order shipped 2-day and was free. Customer service is always so helpful in answering questions I have about items.

Scales on knife were pitted in a few…

Scales on knife were pitted in a few places. Holes drilled to attach scales were also were chipped around the edges. I expect the material wasn’t fully stabilized before it was worked, maybe holes were drilled too aggressively.
