an order was made for a birthday present, delivery was much slower than promised. Due to the holidays the package was not collected and returned back to the Wanapix.nl. Now they asked my to pay AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, not reliable.
The communication with their team is unfriendly.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience with one of the items in the order and terrible customer service. Poor quality. The item does not work properly (a stamp for clothes that does not work properly in t-shirts - not sure in which clothes would work! - and that came already with failures in ink). The solution found by the customer service was 50% discount in the order of a new (and equally flawed item).

Good product. Horrible delivery
The product is nice but of course can’t expect quality photo on the rackets. the delivery was an issue. I had to travel to another town because UPS said they did not get the correct address from the company. Had to make 3 calls to understand the problem and sort it out.

Express delivery is a scam
I ordered a present for father's day and selected the fast delivery option (15 euros) according to which I would get the delivery the next day (Thursday, 4 days before the fathers day). However, the order arrived 5 days later (on a Monday) and too late to be a present. In fact, it was not even sent before Friday evening and then via UPS that doesn't deliver in the weekend. Due to this I had to get an emergency present anyway and couldn't use the one I ordered.
The express delivery option is a huge scam and has no influence on the delivery time. The only reason I can think of it existing is getting money from costumers but not providing anything in return. With the standard option the present would also arrive at the same time. Why is it 3 times as expensive ???
Reached out to the customer support and was only offered the difference from standard to express shipping. Looking at the reviews in not the first one to encounter this.
If you are ordering a present that you need by a specific date I would advise against ordering via this website as it's completely unreliable.
