As said by others

As said by others, there is a scam where they insist on this report. We did end up with a report but the truck model/trim was misclassified/incorrect, and the guy never contacted us after saying he received the PDF report I sent him. We then got another inquiry on our truck with the exact same request from another name. They get you to pay $28 US for a report you can't really use (not correct) when they are not really interested in purchasing your vehicle.

Looks like a scam

Looks like a scam, a potential buyer asked for this report while i offered him a Carfax report and he insisted.
Website looks fishy as well and you enter full name and vin number, then you supposed to get a report for your vehicle. Report is available as PDF file but doesn't open. everything looks very fishy.
