I saw a very good video on YouTube on a VW repair and it linked to the website to buy parts. I wanted to support the seller as he made a great video, but the product listing said free shipping and then it was not.. and then when I expected it to come from UK it actually came from China and took nearly a month. I don’t even object to sellers drop shipping products from China at 500% profit margin, but my reason for the 3 stars is the total failure to answer my enquires.. at least the product arrived eventually and is as described, it’s also on Aliexpress for approx 10% the price I paid.
