I placed a factory order my car with Rivervale in February 2026. Estimated delivery was late May to early June. I was given updates whenever I asked for them. In May I was offered 2 delivery dates and the car was delivered on the 22nd. I had been dealing with Dan Elms throughout and received a call from him on the 22nd to confirm the car had been delivered ok. Great service. I'll look at using them again when I need another car.

Easy to choose a vehicle and really good customer support from Rivervale to assist with the lease arranging. All correspondence via email was easy to follow, recommend Rivervale.

This was my third leased car in a decade, so I’m confident in saying that this was by far the best leasing experience I’ve had.

Matt and his colleagues truly couldn’t have been more helpful, clear, friendly and explanatory at every stage. Don’t hesitate if you want excellent support and communications from a leasing company. Not to mention some of the keenest prices, backed up with good advice.

Dan Elms acquired quotes quickly, was patient during my indecision, and followed up (without being pushy).

After the car was delivered, Dan helped me clarify exact vehicle spec as my insurance provider didn’t have it on their list, it wasn’t Dans responsibility to do this, but nonetheless he was super patient, explained a few ways which I could get it sorted and they worked.

Would happily recommend Rivervale to friends & family.

What I liked was that the process was seamless - from an initial enquiry and talking through the lease process with Matt (Noonan) though ordering where they secured an extremely competitive deal and finally the delivery & it was all made very easy. There was no hard sell on the part of Rivervale and I was kept updated on the order status by the team there. All in all - a very good experience and Rivervale are definitely worth engaging with if you are going down the leasing route.
