No response. Like they wouldn't even exist.

I sent 3 messages over 2 weeks, using the contact form on their website, asking for a set of winter tires. No response. I sent a message on Facebook and received the following feedback:
"Hello Volker,
Thank you for contacting us! This inbox is not actively monitored, but your message is important to us. Please call us at phone_number so we can assist you quickly.
Thank you!"
I posted on their Facebook page, again no response.
This is the most ridiculous experience I ever made in regards to asking for a quote.
