Really nice packaging.
The quality of the wigs I ordered, very different, both units were very thin, one unit was nearly bald on top, I reached out to parfait, they offered to send me an invoice for 230.00 to replace the missing hair, never received a complete wig to begin with. High price, low quality!
Horrendous customers service. Poor management and lack of accountability. Just horrid I tell you.
Third wig order I had to return since cap stitching was incomplete. Outside of the return window, once they returned the wig to me, I noticed I could feel the cap at crown. Hair was so thin that you can see the netting through the wig. My friends noticed when I wore the wig, so embarassing, disappointing.
