I bought a couple of digital music…

I bought a couple of digital music downloads under a trial period, Then cancelled my membership a few days later. I have moved in the past month. They still managed to find my address from my prime membership. and charged me £10.99 out of my bank account a month later. If I DONT GET MY MONEY BACK.Then prime will no longer be paid,as I don't need to buy anything.

I’m a Prime Customer

I’m a Prime Customer, my problem seems to be a problem many people have concerning Playing the Music you Downloaded. I’m talking about away from WiFi , say at the Beach or at the Park. This was my problem, it seems those trained to help, can’t, because they don’t know how to. Example: I was asked to remove my Amazon Music App 3 times, I was then advised on the 4th attempt to wait several hours and Download again and this will work. Crazy! One girl did help slightly, she told me to click on three dots and Download my songs a 2nd time in order to play away from WiFi. I write this review to question why a Company the size of Amazon can’t provide Simple help. I eventually discovered in a helpful YouTube how this can be done. You click on your personal icon in the open Music App, you select “Offline Mode”. The 6 helpline staff Never mentioned such a simple Solution. I hope this will be helpful to those Pullout their Hair in Frustration.

Amazon Music unlimited starting taking…

Amazon Music unlimited starting taking money out of my account monthly although I have NEVER asked for this Music app and I do not want it. I do buy a lot of goods from Amazon which is why they have my Bank Details. I cannot understand how they can just take money out of my account without my authorisation. I have had to withdraw all my banks cards from Amazon as I just don't trust them anymore, which is a shame because I purchase a lot of things from Amazon.

Amazon messing with Amazon Prime Music Customers

Amazon prime music is an added gift for Amazon Prime users who pay an annual fee for extra benefits. The music app started out good, but now Amazon is throwing everything they can at it to try and get you to pay for their unlimited version, by frustrating you to death on limitations. Their latest scam is to interrupt the music with a new (are you still listening pop up) every 10 minutes. It is not bad enough that they have the worst so called shuffle system in the world, but now they are attempting to aggravate their paying member customers into paying more, and if you complain to Amazon they just ignore you. This is a pathetic way to mess with hard working Americans, by the richest man, and company in these United States. Shame on you Amazon, messing with your own loyal customers. If you say you offer a service to paying loyal God fearing citizens of the United States, then please don't screw them around.

AMAZON FOR ARTISTS, WHAt's the point of it...

hi there,,,this is sleeyo a music artist...

REVIEW REVIEWED ..... 2/8/20025 Something has changed for some reason now it seems working........

I wonder why you created AMAZON FOR ARTIST when once logged in,,, you can not do almost anything useful and especially YOU DO NOT SEE NEW RELEASES that one should or was supposed to be pitched BUT ACtually it's a waste of time and I'd add that even the Assistance is non existent ,and that's real funny because as a user of AMAZON I have always found AMAZON CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE AS A BENCHMARK FOR OTHER WEB SITE, whereas assistance is very effective and cordial...funny thing... no offence meant to anybody,
just my umble view and bad experience on amazon for artists... peace y'all. SLEEYO
