Best customer service.

Best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I do not need customer service often, but when I do, a real, knowledgeable, positive person picks up the phone and fixes the issue.

WORST EVER!! STAY AWAY!!!

I see why Modo has such a poor review!! They are awful and I wish this site would let us post live video of the reels and the scamming they are doing. They pay to the ones that spin $50 or more per spin and penny pinch from everyone else. Soon they will have a lawsuit just like Crown Coins!! If anyone wants video proof, just comment!

They are liars

Still months n months later no redemption ! They kept it said they weren’t paying me out ! This place is crooked - don’t wast ya time n money I had screen shots of my winnings I had everything . They even said I did . But can’t or won’t pay me out

Unacceptable customer service!
Waited on hold for 15 mins only to have them tell me that "all staff" were in a staff meeting and that I would have to call them back in an hour! I am a busy professional and don't have time to call this company to get my out of province drivers license application approved! Do you want to have staff meeting or do you want to run a business?! With this kind of lack luster customer service, you will be meeting under a tree in a park, unemployed! To have someone just answering the phone to tell customers to call back in an hour with no authority to action anything is even more infuriating!

A novel idea but needs work.

A novel idea but needs work.

The prices are reasonable and good distribution of vehicles but the eligibility criteria to join is way too draconian. A rock hit my less than two years ago for which I made a claim for repairs. This makes me ineligible to join Modo. I'm sure Modo looses a lot of business this way because I joined its competitor, Evo, immediately thereafter.

A few other thing Modo should work to resolve:
They make the customer contact ICBC and forward two documents to them before joining. You pay a $10 admin fee at signup so this process should be automated and then fulfilled by Modo admin staff not the customer;
Must start and end journey in the same spot;
Doesn't accept American Express (This was my preferred payment method because it's my only card covering the collision and damage waiver Modo asks for);
The credit card to join must be in the account holder's name.
