Disappointing service in France
Disappointing service in France. Ordered an item and received a despatch notification by email with a link to DPD. After five days the item did not arrive and seemed to be stuck in one place in DPD tracking. Twice asked Maxoutil for help and received the same tracking link with the same information and then no reply from them, It seems that once dispatched Maxoutil considers their customer service finished!

For those who work at the construction site, this website is indispensable. There are tons of equipment starting from body protection ending with some advanced equipment for drilling or fixing something. The assortment is surprisingly immense.
I have ordered here surface disks a couple of times and some details for my chainsaw and everything came in time, without any delays. For this I am grateful to the service and wish them all the best. Continue working on it, guys!
