I really didn't feel too much of anything while wearing the Berberine patches. They were supposed to be comparable to the GLP1 only more natural. It was a slight appetite curb and energy boost. I used all my patches but cancelled my subscription. If you are looking for a light touch of help. These patches are for you. But if you already struggle with appetite and are looking for a natural suppressor these are not it.

What I like about Kind patches- simple website, fast delivery, easy to use patches.
I’ve had them 7-8 days now and I do see a difference in myself and can only think what’s changed is that I’m using kind patches! Mood one and stress down.
