Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst. I am trying to get underwear exchanged because they shouldn't have ever passed inspection. The seams are loose from the actual underwear. Not only is quality that bad, customer service is even worse. No. Still not exchanged. Ill never buy from Jockey again!
First of allHighly Disappointing Product Quality & Customer Service
First of all, Jockey does not even deserve a single-star rating considering the poor product quality and highly disappointing customer support experience.
After spending a considerable amount on their products, customers still have to struggle for basic support and replacement assistance. The outlet staff and customer care team keep passing responsibility to each other instead of resolving the issue, which only wastes the customer’s valuable time.
Such unprofessional service and poor response are unacceptable from a reputed brand. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing other brands that genuinely value their customers.
Good staff and fast service
Decent products, lousy customer service
Good products but the measurements are off. The products run big. Also lousy customer service. I chatted with a rep and she said she couldn't edit an order I placed but maybe she could cancel it. I asked if she could please cancel it. She asked for my order number but I told her if I looked for it, I may lose her so then she said she could look it up by my email. So why didn't she do that in the first place? I won't be ordering again.
Poor Quality
I have been exclusively wearing the no panty line tactile bikinis for over decade. They have fun patterns and were quite durable. My favorite!
Lately I have found the quality has seriously declined. The elastic around the legs is inferior compared to what it used to be. I had one brand new pair I put on in the morning but when I took it off at night, the elastic on one of the legs was all stretched out!
I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. However, this has been happening with the other panties in the same order. I've had to throw out four panties already in the space of 2 months.
I really don't want to but now I'm going to have to shop for a different brand. It's a shame.. They lost a loyal customer by cheaping out on quality to save on production costs.

I've been treated like I've stolen my own money and order.
Absolutely disgusting company
Emailed me to say goodbye print something off then fill the form out and then scan it and send back to them.
They must think i work for them and to do there job.
Jockey has not delivered my complete…
Jockey has not delivered my complete order worth Rs 5,220 and I have not heard back from them despite many follow ups. It is a shame that only 4 out of 8 products were delivered in my order and Jockey is still showing no signs of resolving the issue!! Not only that, one product that was delivered was supposed to be a pack of 5 but only 3 were there and not even inside the jockey packaging!! Take back your products and refund my money!! I have been chasing since last four weeks!!!
Now you are offering a partial refund which is not acceptable.
Will you take back or exchange undergarments? How you expect customers to accept loose undergarments.
Jockey No Longer Stands For Quality
I have purchased 100% cotton underwear from Jackey for more years than I can count. My most recent order was dreadful. The quality was so poor that the very thin cotton was rough and the sizing smaller than usual. When I contacted Customer Service via Chat I was told to return them. That was not my point. The agent then said that when I washed them the cotton would shrink a feel softer??? I had already washed the underwear in cool water with fabric softener and the briefs were still stiff, thin and uncomfortable. How was the CS response helpful in any way and support a Jockey's quality guarantee? I will never purchase anything from Jockey again based on the poor quality of their merchandise and the lack of concern from their Customer Service.
We've loved Jockey for years
We've loved Jockey for years! I had a little trouble with an online order recently, so I gave them a call—and they were absolutely wonderful. Fixed my problem in no time. So glad they're still as great as ever!
A sad discovery too late.
I am normally very pleased with my online Jockey orders. However, this time I did not read the description close enough and the pads are sewn in. I have always removed the pads and discarded them. I cut the tags off of 4 bras to run them through aquick wash and only then discovered that the pads were not removeable. Very dismayed.
Do not support this tirade of nonsense
My god am I sick of their adverts on discovery plus. It’s like an India team were told to make a westernised stock video, pick pretty white actors, a homely setting and give it a soundtrack from fiver. They play this thing. Ever. Damn. Break. I can only assume by the quality of the advert that the products are made from woven cardboard.

I have NO Problem with the Quality of their products. They are head and shoulders above Fruit of the Loom, and, Especially, Hanes.
BUT...I was just on their website, looking for Cyber Monday Bargains. I also checked Amazon for comparison. And: Amazon had a Cheaper Price, by a Large Margin, than Jockey-for their Own Underwear!

I have been a fan of the elance french cut brief for many years. T hey are well made with quality fabric and the fit is perfect. The word wedgie will drop from your vocabulary, you will only feel the comfort. If they stop making them I will be lost.
Far Inferior Product Now!
I have worn Jockey’s Elance Poco brief for over 15 years. I recently made a new purchase for additional briefs and come to find that they are far inferior to the prior product! They are far thinner material and overall quality is not the same!
The product was not delivered from…
The product was not delivered from jockey and no customer care for refund also. Constantly I am in touch with customer care and they give the auto mail.no step for refund. It has been more than 20 days.
They are awful
They are awful. Placed an order a week ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. Called customer service today and the woman I spoke to was so unhelpful and condescending and was like it can take 8 business days to ship. That’s unheard of in this day and age. And it should have said that when I ordered. I needed this package for a trip I’m taking Saturday. I’ll be filing a chargeback with my credit card company and will never do business with Jockey again.
JOCKEY has shortened the length of men…
JOCKEY has shortened the length of men undershirts - more than likely as a result of cost cutting. I have switched to a competing brand that I have found to be more comfortable than Jockey.
False advertising
Purchased a pair of Jockey underpants at Myer & loved them, unfortunately there was no more in store so I turned to Jockey website where I located the identical product, bearing same item code, so I ordered 12 pair in good faith, total cost over $140. Within a week I received the order, they had the same item code as my store bought ones so I removed the tags & washed them in preparation to wear. It wasn’t until I wore a pair that I realised they weren’t the same pants as my Myer ones so I contacted Jockey. It was revealed in a phone conversation with a Jockey staff member that both my old ones & my new 12 pairs do in fact have the same item number but are totally different products, I was told that Jockey would look into it & most likely be given a refund, I later received an email stating that as I had removed the tags, a refund or reimbursement would not be possible & they would not replace the items, even though they are incorrectly advertised. I then wore a pair that Jockey had sent me, the cut was different, they rolled down during the day from my waist, they were extremely uncomfortable. So on Saturday evening all 12 pair of Jockeys underpants were cremated & have gone to underpant hell. Thankyou Jockey for wasting my money, time & effort, I will never purchase another product from you again.
