Bought 4 Toe Separators
Items are flimsy soft plastic and not helpful. Attempting to return products but can't get a response. No phone number or address can be found. Refund request 3 times, first on 6/15/26

I am very pleased with the way my order is being handled. I’m not sure if the order is slow or if that’s just me because I can’t remember when I put it in, but I’m pretty sure they will help me and I’m excited about getting them when they come.

Customer Service was above and beyond, I had a tear in one of mine after only a few weeks and they replaced it for free!!

I had ordered 3 of the Hyggear toe separators. After the product was delivered, I found that I could not use it. I am 80 years old with arthritis and cannot reach my feet to get the product installed. I had opened one of the packages. I contacted the company to see if I could return the 2 unopened packages for 2 of their HYGGEAR Big Toe Bunion (Hallux Valgus) Corrector which is what I needed in the first place. They were very understanding and are sending me 2 of the bunion correctors at no charge. I wish all mail order companies were as responsive to their customers' needs.

When what I order did not work for me the customer service rep helped me choose an alternative product and took care of the exchange.

the item i purchased was not the current item for my hammer toe.

I had it replaced free of charge with an other item.

I have experienced burning feet from neuropathy for the past 4 years. At night my feet would hurt and burn so bad that it was impossible to sleep. I wear these nightly and my toes have been thanking me! The stretch is amazing and I forget I'm wearing them. I feel lucky to have found these and now can enjoy a more restful sleep. They work! I rate them 5 stars plus!

Hyggear provides solution for my toe problem!
Prices are a bit expensive.

I ordered your Dermarestore Balm to fight crepe on my arms. After using it for 5 days itchy hives broke out on my arms. A week later the spots are still there but the itch has subsided. People are still asking me what happened to my arms 2 weeks later.

Responded quickly to my email to address address correction, that l typed wrong.

I purchased the Hyggear Silicone Toe Separators. I had an issue with them, contacted the company and they sent a replacement pair promptly. Excellent customer service. Also, the product has been helping with foot issues, specifically pain in the joints of my big toes.

Your products are shipped quickly in clean containers. They are easy to use comfortably.
