We have had occasional problems with our website, and the tech support team at HawkHost has always been extremely helpful. They identify root causes and do what they can to immediately resolve them, while giving us the advice we need if the problem needs be resolved at our end.

My account must be 13 years old by now. These guys have been nothing but helpful the entire time.

I loaded a WP installation of which I can't log in to. This not necessarily your fault. My blog site is highly censored. I can't give you much feedback until I get this resolved.
Besides that, your web page is highly difficult to negotiate through.

The hosting and domain names are excellent, and the support staff are quick and accurate.

The company responded very quickly to all of my questions, tackling one at a time, and took the time to verify that they saw the same issues I saw. This is related to how A.I. bots are interacting with our web site, and they provided several avenues for me to explore. All of the web sites I manage are hosted with this company and for a very long time, and they have been consistently great.

The service is top quality. Customer support is fast and adequate. The website and its UI designed well and internal links do not require any additional hassle.
