once you have a domain registered with them it is impossible to escape: they will throw every conceivable bureaucratic obstacle in your way to give away the AuthCode - will make you fill out tons of forms, print them out, then you have to send a money transfer to them just so they process that request; there is no email address posted anywhere on their website, all you have is a ticketing system which automatically responds with some AI generated useless answers
