Ordered and air con unit and when it eventually arrived it’s not even air con as advertised it’s an air cooler that doesn’t cool! I have emailed many times tried to phone and no responses.
It’s not until after you pay it states from China. Been well and truly ripped off.

I preferred 3x AC Units. They sent Air coolers instead. The image also doesn’t match to what was delivered. I tried to call them, it says number invalid. I’ve emailed them multiple times still no response. It’s a fraud website. Do not order

This is absolutely a scam. They just send you a cheap "air cooler" instead of the AC unit promised. It arrived yesterday after weeks of waiting and it's rubbish. They've now taken all the air conditioner stuff off the website. Probably to make it harder to get your money back.

Easy to purchase, well priced.

I ordered an expensive border collie stained glass table lamp. The box showed a picture of a border collie. The table lamp was anything but a border collie. I wrote to them several times and never heard back. I would never buy from this organization. They are not responsive; send the wrong items; have no customer service and this was expensive.

I ordered an item on 24th June and delivery times states between 6-9 working days to the UK. However, to date, I have still no idea where abouts my order is. I contacted customer service email 3 times now and not received any reply. Phone number doesn’t work. Please avoid this company.

The Order confirmation is missing my address - Unit #. but it is on my Order confirmation list.

I ordered what was advertised as an air conditioning unit with "fast shipping", but after paying I waited over three weeks. During that time I received contradictory emails saying the parcel was delayed, then lost, then on its way. Nobody seemed to know where it actually was.

When the package finally arrived, it had been shipped from China, despite giving the impression it was a UK-based retailer. It looks like a typical dropshipping operation.

The biggest issue was that I didn't even receive the product I ordered. Instead of an air conditioning unit, I was sent a cheaply made air cooler that is nowhere near the same product. I paid £250, yet I found what appears to be the same item selling elsewhere for around £50.

Customer service has been non-existent. My emails have gone unanswered. They're very quick to take your money, but that's where the service ends. I genuinely feel like I've been scammed.

I also noticed that all of the positive reviews seem to be from people who had only just placed their orders. The reviews from customers who actually received their products—or never received them at all—tell a very different story.

In my experience, this has been a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Whole process was straightforward. Chose because of the size of storage and getting it for such a good price compared to other companies.

Avoid ! Ordered 4 air con units over a month ago. Nothing has appeared even though I have a dozen emails saying its been shipped, over and over again. Tried calling their cs number and its a dead line, tried emailing several times and get no response. I have now put a claim in with my cc company.

Not sure how people are giving 4 and 5 stars for this company and yet saying they have not received the product? Maybe wait until you receive it as giving 4 and 5 starts could encourage others to buy.

Ordered an expensive 12,000 BTU air conditioning unit with window kit and received the worst and smallest and cheapest air cooler thing which is like a toy! Absolutely awful this website is a scam!

Like many others, I'm here to reinforce the negative experience. Ordered a portable airconditioner on Jun 25th. Got a tracking number that hasn't been updated since. No response to my enquiries. Only got a few generic 'update' emails. Opened up a dispute with my bank. Hopefully it will be resolved swiftly.

I ordered an air conditioning unit and tried to cancel minutes after the order yet it still went through despite their policy being one hour. Now I have received said £118 air conditioning unit and it’s actually a tiny fan

They’re a complete scam and now I’m out £245 pounds and no air conditioner. Not only did I wait weeks for it to arrive they’ve given a fake number and say they’re from Netherlands but it’s really China. They’ve given won’t respond to emails and I’m pretty sure the number they gave is fake. Judging from everyone else’s reviews they’ve scammed everyone who bought the air conditioner

Ordered a portable aircon for a decent price, the Aircon was advertised as a 12000BTU. I was instead sent an air cooler which can be purchased for around £50. Tried getting in touch with them through various channels but I have not heard anything back from them. I've now had to escalate to PayPal. When I purchased the product their trustpilot score was over 4 so I also suspect they have a lot of fake positives reviews.

All was good until checkout when I was bombarded by extra offers which didn't interest me in the least and annoyed me.
Also I'd been looking at 2 items, ended up with both, one of which most likely I will return

I had also ordered an air conditioning unit. And they have sent me the shipping details and the image shows a completely different product an air cooler, I’ve sent numerous emails and had no response. Looks like I will also have to go through my bank
