They offered me a higher price both times than local people and also the process was super simple. Got a quote, booked a collection date, collected the car and they had not even left the street before the payment was in my account.

When a vehicle is sold, the responsibility for notifying the DVLA of a change of ownership rests with the registered keeper. The registered keeper is responsible for the day-to-day use of the vehicle, including taxing it, ensuring it has a valid MOT, maintaining insurance, and notifying the DVLA of any ownership changes. This helps ensure that any future liabilities relating to the vehicle are no longer linked to the previous keeper.
To notify the DVLA on a customer's behalf, we would need the V5C document reference number. Without this information, we're unable to complete the ownership transfer with the DVLA, as the process requires details that only the registered keeper can provide from the V5C logbook.
If the vehicle is still showing in your name, it suggests that the DVLA has not yet been updated with the change of ownership.

Very poor
Very poor. Had a quote then they sent a confirmation email stating that my car was drivable which I stated it wasn’t so when we rung them up, they reduced the quote. They were meant to be here between 8-12pm & didn’t show. My husband rang them 3 times and we were told the driver was delayed and on the way. My husband waited in all day and nobody turned up.
We have had to stat the process again with another company.
