I bought a charger for my notebook, shopping was easy, delivery was fast, the product works perfectly and is the charger with best quality I've bought after the original stop working. I was looking for this for a long time.

This website can’t be trusted

This website can’t be trusted because of their misleading product descriptions.
The product delivered mismatch the description. I was tricked to order a useless product with no free return option.
Giving a wrong and unclear information about the product to mislead people to buy it - is fraud.

Return Policy Frustration

All good unless you have to return something. Return process is frustrating, designed to discourage you from returning.
And I had to return "red" item, which in reality was pink

Answer to Capida 15-01-25: No return label and no return specification included, no bag which can be reused to send back, buying porto at site where if you do not have printer you can write code - but still you need printer to print return specification document and invoice (which you can easily track at your site when return is registered, btw)..... if you think this is a nice return policy when check other companies and see how most of them make return a small effort and are successful in keeping their customers.

Damaged product. No Return!

The product was damaged, and they do not reply to my request of returning the item and getting a refund. Furthermore, I'd be liable of paying the shipping, plus the custom, because it is based in Denmark and I bought it from Norway. Never more
