Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your order! It may take several nights to adjust to the new feeling of sleeping with a weighted blanket, so we encourage you to take some time to try it out. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the option to return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, if shipped within the United States.

If you purchased returns coverage when placing your order ($3.98, called "Checkout+"), your return or exchange will be free. If you opted out of coverage, you are welcome to return or exchange, but the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to purchase something new, either in the form of an exchange or a gift card, we'll include a $5 bonus to put toward your new purchase.
If you used a promo code on your original order and wish to exchange for something new, we'll also honor the discount on your exchange. The same terms and eligibility will apply as they did on your original discount. Please note, strikethrough pricing will not carry over, as those markdowns are applied to specific products only. Additionally, one-time-use promo codes may not be reapplied since they have already been used; if you wish to make an exchange and used a one-time-use code on your order, please mention this in your email to care@balooliving.com.
Items received as an exchange are final sale. Any shipping charges incurred on the original order are nonrefundable.
When you submit your return or exchange, you will receive a return shipping label via email. We request that you ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label; after 28 days the return will be eligible for store credit only. Please do not use "return to sender," as the package will not go to the correct address.
Once received, returns are inspected and processed within 1–5 business days. Upon approval, we will issue your refund, store credit, or exchange, as requested. Returns will not be approved for items that are not received, or for items received with significant stains or damages. This helps ensure a safe and respectful process for our team and our donation partners.
Quality Guarantee
Any items received with damage due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our Quality Guarantee. If you have any questions, please email us directly at care@balooliving.com.
International Orders
Orders shipped internationally from the United States are generally not eligible for return or exchange; however, if you are within 14 days of delivery, you may reach out to us at care@balooliving.com to request review. If approved, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, using a traceable and insured carrier.
EU Right to Withdraw
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a retail store. If the goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
