Just don't! if you can avoid using this bank, please do. I have been a long-time customer. After my wallet and mobile were stolen, I attempted to obtain new cards and access through customer support—a very painful and archaic process. I wanted to cry by the end. Thanks at least to Jonas, who was the kindest of all his colleagues; he did help me find a solution.
Save yourself the grief and find another bank.
