Rent reduced, but at surprise costs for us, plus annoying AI calls
Conny did indeed reduce our rent, but also surprised us with needing to pay 380 € for their service, despite their website claiming that tenants needing to pay is a very rare occurence. When I reached out to them about being surprised about the cost and lack of transparency, they responded with "there’s nothing we can do".
It was also very annoying to get AI phone calls to (erroneously) remind me of appointments, and ask me for a review (here you go).
