Jack from Re-Loved really gave us the royal treatment, up until organising a private visit to the showroom (that turned out to be quiet exquisit).
Afterwards, both the online purchase process as well as the pick up went very smoothly.
Not to mention the beauty of the furniture, but that goes without saying :-)!
