If I could go lower I would. Car broke down at 19:00… it’s now 02:40 in the morning and still no one has come. Constant ringing and being on hold, poor communication. Saying they will be there at a certain time and are not. Absolutely terrable. 1st thing I she’ll be doing when this nightmare is over is cancelling AA and moving to a decent breakdown cover

Had a flat tyre today and was helped by Ciaron Stedman. Really nice guy, friendly and easy to chat to. I was pretty fed up when he arrived due to my tire, but he quickly put me at ease and got everything sorted. Great service and a credit to the AA. Thanks again, Ciaron.

A huge thank you to Adam from the AA for the excellent service he provided. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. What really stood out was that he followed me on the journey home after repairing my vehicle to make sure I got back safely. His kindness and dedication gave me real peace of mind during a stressful situation. Adam is a real credit to the AA, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Had a ripped tyre, the AA turned up on the time I was given, the man was extremely nice and the service was excellent.

Shaun arrived ahead of the estimated time. Despite the high temperature of this June morning he was friendly, efficient and professional. Tho the car couldn't be fixed road side he towed it to our chosen address.

4hr waiting in this heat. The tracking app not showing anything. Contacted them at 6.30pm it is now 10.30pm. 8.45 pm got a message someone will be with you 9.00pm still no show, no phone call nothing. 10.37pm I'm getting a taxi home leaving the vehicle.

I was driving a 46 year old Triumph Spitfire 1500 on a motorway during a severe heatwave, When I left the motorway the cooling syatem erupted leaving me with no cooling system. I limped 2 miles to my daughters and then added 4lires of water. The car then started but I contacted the AA because I had a 26 journey back home. The AA came to my car and although unable to identify the cause of my brakedown, they escorted me all the way back home. An excellent service from a very pleaant and patient team.

He was very kind and carefully explained what was wrong with the car. We then went for a drive where he sat with me and was completely calm which kept me calm. He left me at home all repaired. Considering that I had left my mat rolled up under the clutch pedal there was no criticism from him. Just kindness and gentle explanation. He als offered to take me to my garage if I still wanted to go. I didn’t and he left me perfectly happily and repaired. I would like to highly recommend him and thank him.

Stefanos, was clear and concise in explaining the issues and trying to support options for what the best solution could be. He most kindly looked at how he could help us get our car to a local garage on the hottest day of the year in 38° heat whilst wearing a long sleeve and long sleeve vis and was prepared to walk back which would have been a 6 minute drive but 25minute walk back for him. He gave such a great and supportive service, whilst being so helpful, kind patient. Stefanos is a credit to AA. Thank you truly. Hope AA recognise is reward him.Stefanos, was outstanding.

AA were just THE BEST! (Except they didnt seem at first to be able to find my membership details on their system. Don't understand why, as my DD was up to date and I've been a member for many years!)
Anyway, they duely responded to my panicy call!
Back to my 'incident' and the reason I called the AA. I had locked myself out of my car😱 Engine off. Keys left on the seat, with my phone; Consequence: the car locked itself! Has never happened to me before.
Ryan arrived within an hour of my call. Retrieved my keys (dont ask me how!) and went out of his way to drive to my daughters house (where I was!) in my car to colkect me!

Quick response and efficient professional help provided to get me back on the road. All within 60 minutes of my original telephoned call for help.

It was a disastrous situation that was recovered by the attendance of Dan who was friendly, had great local knowledge and extremely professional in resolving my tyre issue. Being an old so and so the app had not been set up but the agent that I finally spoke to was most helpful. Next task to see to the AA app

As we were going on holidays we now have piece of mind that the car was fixed by Neil and we were able to drive it back up to the house so we can go on holidays knowing the car is working and out side our house thank you Neil
